Payments

We are willing to accept reasonable offers. Please contact us for more information before making a purchase. Payment is expected immediately unless other arrangements are made prior to purchase or offers. Block20Sales accepts payments via PayPal, all major credit cards, and cash. Payments can also be made by mail with a check; there will be a minimum of 5 business days waiting period for clearing on all checks. Items may not remain visible on the website during the waiting period.

Coupons

Occasionally coupon codes are offered to further discount merchandise. Coupon codes will have an expiration date and will only be honored on orders placed while the coupon is valid. They cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Coupon codes that are not valid will not be accepted at checkout. Coupons from 3rd parties are invalid.

Warranties

All sales are sold "As-Is". Please contact us to discuss any issues so that we may help to remedy the problem.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase and we are unable to make things right, then we will accept a return under specific conditions. If returns are necessary, buyer will be required to pay all return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee on returns other than items not as described.

You may refuse to accept the shipment, if you believe item is not as described or damaged in shipping. (See Shipping Policies for more details)

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns after the item is accepted, taken off the pallet or installed.

Buyer is responsible for item and shipping costs during the return process.

Refunds will be issued once the item is received back, in the same condition, with no damages incurred while the buyer has possession, to include accidents or improper installation.
