Users can program the coffee of the day into the Fetco CBS-52H-15 coffee brewer and continue to brew for the rest of the day without adjusting the settings. Unlike pourover units, the water tank automatically refills itself for constant operation and only runs dry if there is an issue. The unit has two individual brew heads with 1.5-gallon capacities that can jointly produce 19.5 gallons hourly. The Fetco CBS-52H-15 coffee brewer can be started by turning the handle from stop to brew and is turned off just as quick. When brewing, the basket locks into place safely, preventing accidental spills and burns. Located away from the hot baskets and steam, a front-mounted faucet provides hot water for packet drinks, further expanding drink menus.
