Product Description
Shandon Cryotome Cryostat Microtome Tissue Sectioning
Â
Item is used and may show some signs of normal wear such as scratches, scuffs and dings (see photos). Unit was removed from working environment ( University of MN) but no on-site testing available. Item comes as pictured, without power cord.
Â
The Cryotome is designed for cutting frozen sections of fixed and unfixed specimens, rapidly and accurately, for future examination by microscope. It operates by rapidly freezing the sample in a temperature controlled environment, and provides means for sectioning the frozen sample by conventional microtome.Â
